Justin to Release New Music in February?

According to ET Canada, Scooter mentioned to Maclean Magazine that Justin will be releasing new music in February. He said it will be a new song. “Think of the wildest thing you can think of and think: more,” he said. Could this be apart of the Believe 2.0 album Justin previously mentioned?
